The Estates is located in the historic small town of Acworth, Georgia, just northwest of Atlanta’s metropolitan area.

Our community was developed by Kenneth G. Horton, who also developed the signature communities of Sugar Mill and Crooked Creek Golf Club in North Fulton County and nearby Governors Towne Club. They are all renowned for beauty, character, quality, and value, and The Estates is sure to follow in that tradition.

Our community offers its residents four lighted tennis courts, lighted swimming pool, clubhouse for social events and meetings, and a lighted basketball court.

We are a stone’s throw away from the ClubCorp-managed Bentwater Golf Club which is a private 18-hole championship golf course, with a pro shop, and excellent dining options. As a member of the Bentwater Golf Club, you will be able to play at both Bentwater and Eagle Watch. (Your golf membership includes both courses). You will also be able to participate in tournaments, golf leagues, golf camps, training areas, and have access to private lessons.
