It is important that you review our Covenants and Bylaws to be sure you understand the expectations of our community. Our 3-person board and experienced property management team (Community Management Associates) manages our Homeowner’s Association. Our board handles all the community’s needs, including, but not limited to, overseeing the common assets of the community, managing its finances, running its business affairs, enforcing and setting the rules, and seeing to the maintenance and upkeep of the community. Community Management Associates provides our community with excellent customer service, experienced property management, including, but not limited to, collecting fees, common area management, facilitating improvements, providing oversight, etc.

The Estates is one of the largest private communities in Acworth, Georgia. The Estates Homeowner’s Association’s mission is to preserve The Estates as the premier community in Acworth by protecting, maintaining, managing and enhancing the assets of the Association and advancing the interests of the homeowners.
