Pool Use
The Estates Community Pool is a private, members-only facility and only members in good standing are allowed to use the facility. You must have your identification tag in your possession when using the swimming facility. The swimming facility includes, but is not limited to, the swimming pool, picnic area, bathrooms, and parking lot. Anyone using the facility without an identification tag will be considered trespassing and asked to leave.
Guests of homeowners are allowed to use the pool, but homeowners must accompany their guests. Any guests using the facility without an identification tag will be asked to leave. The Acworth Police will be called for anyone without proper identification and refusing to leave the swimming facility. Friends and relatives of homeowners not residing at The Estates are not permitted to use the pool without the homeowner present.
Note: The pool cannot be reserved for the exclusive use of one group. Residents must be able to use the facilities at all times.

Pool Rules
The Pool Rules are:
- The pool is open daily from 7:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. during the pool season.
- The pool is for homeowners and their guests use only.
- Each home is allowed no more than 4 guests per visit.
- Homeowners must accompany their respective guests at all times.
- Smoking is not permitted in the pool area or around the clubhouse amenity.
- Homeowners who are delinquent in financial obligations to the Association cannot use the pool facilities.
- No glass is allowed in the pool area.
- No pets are allowed in the pool area.
- Children under the age of fourteen (14) are not allowed in the pool area unless they are accompanied by an adult homeowner or a member of their immediate families who is 18 years of age or older.
- The pool area cannot be reserved for private use.
- Each homeowner/guest must clean up and dispose of any trash generated by him/her before leaving the pool area.
- Radios, CD players, tape decks, etc., are permitted at low volume. Earphones must be used if any resident objects.
- Proper swimwear is required and decent behavior must be adhered to at all times. Please remove all hair accessories before entering the pool.
- Children needing diapers are required to wear swim diapers, which are covered by plastic swimming pants at all times while in the pool. Swim diapers alone are not permitted.
- Do not open the pool gate for anyone under 18 years of age or any other adult without a pool identification tag, unless you can verify their current residency in The Estates.
- Management reserves the right to deny the use of the pool to anyone at any time.
- Skateboards, roller blades, bicycles, scooters, and motorized vehicles are not allowed in the pool area.
- Homeowners and guests must abide by all pool rules. Failure to do so will result in pool privileges being revoked.
Pool Season
The pool season usually opens on the first weekend in May. It is open all summer long and the pool season usually ends the last weekend in September.
Hours of Operation
During the pool season, the pool and clubhouse are open to residents from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday to Saturday.
Vandalism
Any vandalism in or around the pool should be reported immediately to Community Management Associates. (Address is shown below). After hours vandalism should be reported directly to the Acworth Police Department at 770-974-3111. If you observe any vandalism and are unable to identify the individual(s) responsible, get a good description of the person(s) for the authorities. If they are driving a vehicle, please obtain the license plate number. Any vandalism will be reported to the proper authorities. All costs to repair any vandalism caused by a homeowner, their children, guests or anyone living at their residence will be borne by the homeowner resulting in their membership being revoked.
