The clubhouse is available for rent for parties or meetings to HOA members from 5:00 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week, unless it is reserved for a special occasion.

• HOA members and guests are requested to observe “quiet hours” before 9:00 a.m. and after 10:00 p.m.
• There is no smoking within the clubhouse.
• No wet bathing attire is allowed.

If you are interested in renting out or reserving the Clubhouse select the Reserve The Clubhouse button or contact Community Management Associates (address shown below). You will also have to fill out a Clubhouse Agreement. 

The Estates community pool is a private, members-only facility and only members in good standing are allowed to use the facility.

Vandalism
Any vandalism in or around the pool should be reported immediately to Community Management Associates. At 404-835-9255 and ask for Elysia Bonner. After hours vandalism should be reported directly to the Acworth Police Department at 770-974-3111. If you observe any vandalism and are unable to identify the individual(s) responsible, get a good description of the person(s) for the authorities. If they are driving a vehicle, please obtain the license plate number. Any vandalism will be reported to the proper authorities. All costs to repair any vandalism caused by a homeowner, their children, guests or anyone living at their residence will be borne by the homeowner resulting in their membership being revoked.
